Scottsdale’s dessert scene just got a fresh addition, and it’s one that keeps things refreshingly simple. FOUR Desserts opened its doors in late 2025, and it’s already turning heads with a concept that’s as straightforward as its name: four dessert categories, eight specialty options each, and every single one made to order right in front of you.

No complicated menus. No guesswork. Just good desserts, done well.

The Local Couple Who Started It All

FOUR Desserts is the latest project from Michael and Priscilla Sweet, the husband-and-wife team behind Phoenix’s beloved Silver Rose Bakery. After building a loyal following at their Phoenix bakery, they decided to bring a more casual, fast-moving concept to Scottsdale, one that keeps the same scratch-made quality in a quicker, more approachable format.

The result is a shop that feels personal without being fussy, and it’s easy to see the care they put into it the moment you walk in.

Four Categories, Plenty of Choices

The menu is built around four dessert types, each offered in eight specialty versions:

  • Cheesecakes — from a classic Plain N Simple to a Salted Caramel with dulce de leche and sea salt, or a Black Forest loaded with cherry mash and chocolate Crispearls

  • Cannolis — think Cookie Butter with Biscoff cream and crushed cookies, or a Pistachio Cannoli for something a little different

  • Cream Puffs — options like Apple Cinnamon with pie filling and cake crumbs, or a Cookie Butter Puff with a whole Biscoff cookie on top

  • Tarts — rotating specialty options that round out the menu

Every item is priced at around $6.75, making it one of the more wallet-friendly dessert stops in Scottsdale. And if nothing on the set menu jumps out at you, the self-ordering kiosk lets you build your own from scratch: pick your base, choose your fillings, add your toppings and glazes, and you’ve got something entirely yours.

Made to Order, Every Single Time

What sets FOUR Desserts apart from a typical bakery case is the live, made-to-order process. You’re not picking something up that’s been sitting out since opening time. Each dessert is assembled fresh after you place your order, which means better texture, better flavor, and a much more satisfying experience overall.

It’s also a fun spot to bring someone for the first time, since watching your dessert come together is half the appeal. If you enjoy discovering local businesses like this one, check out more Scottsdale favorites here — there’s always something worth finding.

Order Online or Walk Right In

Can’t make it in person? FOUR Desserts is available for online ordering, so you can plan ahead or grab a bundle deal for a group. They also offer Birthday Boxes and Cake Pops for special occasions, which makes them a solid go-to when you need something a little more celebratory without the full-cake commitment.
